Termination

PlayPKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any conduct harmful to the platform or its community.

Upon termination for any reason your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact our support team and we will review your case promptly and fairly.

Limitation of Liability

PlayPKR and its suppliers will do their best to ensure the Service runs smoothly and serves you well. However, there are limits to our liability that you should be aware of.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the total liability of PlayPKR and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid through the Service. If you have not made any purchases, this limit is capped at the equivalent of 100 USD.

PlayPKR shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy. This applies even if PlayPKR or its suppliers have been advised that such damages were possible.

We recognize that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability for specific types of damages. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable local law.

“As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer

The PlayPKR Service is provided to you “as is” and “as available” meaning we offer it in its current state, without any guarantee that it will meet every need or expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayPKR expressly disclaims all warranties whether express, implied, or statutory including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Any errors or technical defects will always be identified and corrected

We work hard to minimize these risks and maintain a high-quality experience but we want to be honest with you about the nature of online services. No platform can guarantee perfection, and we’d rather be transparent about that than make promises we can’t always keep.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Your use of the PlayPKR platform may also be subject to other applicable local, national, or international laws depending on where you are located.

Disputes Resolution

If you ever have a concern or dispute related to PlayPKR or the Service, we ask that you come to us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally through a direct conversation with our support team without the need for any formal process.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you are entitled to the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override or limit those protections.

United States Legal Compliance

By using PlayPKR, you represent and confirm that:

  • You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a “terrorist supporting” country by the U.S. government
  • You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that specific provision will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not invalidate the rest of the agreement.

Waiver

If PlayPKR chooses not to enforce a particular right or obligation under these Terms on a given occasion, that decision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right. PlayPKR retains the ability to enforce any right or obligation at any point in the future. A waiver of one breach does not automatically become a waiver of any future or subsequent breach.

Translation and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions are written in English as the primary language. If a translated version has been made available on the platform for your convenience, the original English text will take precedence in the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or dispute arising from the translation.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

PlayPKR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We take this responsibility seriously if a change is significant or materially affects your rights as a user, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. What qualifies as a material change is determined at PlayPKR’s discretion, but we will always err on the side of informing you.
