Media Uploads
If you upload images to PlayPKR for example, as part of a profile or community contribution please be aware that image files can sometimes contain embedded metadata known as EXIF data. This metadata may include GPS location information indicating where a photo was taken.
We recommend removing location data from any images before uploading them. Other visitors to the platform can potentially download uploaded images and extract this embedded location information, so it’s worth taking a moment to check your files before sharing them.

Comment Cookies If you leave a comment on our platform and choose to opt in, we can save your name, email address, and website in cookies on your device. This means the next time you want to comment, your details are already filled in you don’t have to type them again. These cookies last for one year.
Login Detection Cookie When you visit the login page, a temporary cookie is set to check whether your browser accepts cookies at all. This cookie contains no personal data and is automatically discarded when you close your browser.
Session and Login Cookies When you log in to your PlayPKR account, several cookies are set to remember your login status and display preferences. Standard login cookies remain active for two days. Embedded Content From Other Websites

PlayPKR does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your information stays with us.
The one exception to note: if you request a password reset, your IP address will be included as part of the reset email process for security verification purposes. This is a standard practice to help confirm that the reset request is legitimate.
Your comments may also be routed through an automated spam detection service that analyzes content to identify and block unwanted submissions. This is done to protect the quality and safety of our community spaces.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Comments: Approved comments and their associated metadata including the commenter’s name and email are retained indefinitely. This allows our system to recognize returning commenters and approve their future comments more efficiently, rather than holding every new comment in a moderation queue.
User Accounts: If you register an account on PlayPKR, we store the personal information you provide in your user profile for as long as your account remains active. You can view, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. The only exception is your username, which cannot be changed once set. Platform administrators also have the ability to view and edit user profile information where necessary.
